Packages with accommodation

*Small lodging establishment (max 5 rooms with bathroom) that offers overnight accommodation, including breakfast, but usually with no other hotels facilities. **Hostel for a maximum of 8 rooms with private bathroom.

Each package is per person and includes: conference attendance, accommodation for six nights (4-10 June), meals (including drinks) indicated in the programme, coffee breaks, round trips by bus and museum fee, typical dinners, farewell dinner, and internet wi-fi. The packages do not include the dinners of Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and the lunch of Saturday. N.B. City tax is not included and must be paid at check out by each participant.

Please note that June is considered high season in Cagliari and, accordingly, room bookings for conference participants will only be made upon receipt of payment (see also the Payment section below). Please process your registration and payment as soon as possible. Should the package not be available, the organisers will take the liberty of booking the alternative category (you will be informed).

Packages without accommodation

Package E – Conference + Activities: € 1000

This package is equivalent to packages A or B or C or D, except for the accommodation.

Package F – Conference only: € 750

The package includes just the conference attendance, coffee breaks, lunches and all the activities of Wednesday.

If you are a vegetarian or have particular diet requirements, please contact the organisers by e-mail at hccagliari2017@gmail.com , so that the necessary arrangements can be made.


Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer. Further details about the payment procedure will be available through your personal myHC2017 page.

All payments must be made within the deadline by credit card or bank transfer. Should you need to pay extra expenses during the conference, please note that only cash is accepted on site.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the organising secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification. If accepted, cancellations within 15 May 2017 will be refunded only by 50% of the total package price; no refunds will be provided for cancellations received after 15 May 2017 or for no shows.
